Sellers: Upcoming UPS and FedEx 2013 rate changes—review your shipping costs now

Rate changes for UPS and FedEx will go into effect December 31, 2012 and January 7, 2013, respectively. The Shipping Calculator, eBay Labels and PayPal Labels will be updated to reflect these changes—please make sure your shipping costs reflect these new rates, as well.
